Kinsnall's principal members are:

Steve G Watkins. Steve has held posts with HM Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate, London Underground, Focus Central London, Business Link, a large photocopier sales and service organization and in local Government. In his various roles he has had executive-level responsibility for most support disciplines. He has over 20 years' experience of managing integrated management systems, including maintenance of Information Security, Quality, Environmental and Investor in People certifications. As well as being a trained ISO27001 and ISO9001 auditor Steve is a trained EFQM Assessor and holds the British Safety Council Diploma in Safety Management and the ACCA Diploma in Financial Management.

He is Chair of the UK ISO/IEC27001 Users Group (the UK Chapter of the International ISMS User Group) and also sits on the Management Committee of the British Standards Society. Steve is contracted to UKAS as their ISMS Technical Expert and is a member of the BSi Technical Committees for information security (IST33 Panel 1) and risk management (RM1)

Joy Watkins. Joy was previously Director of Resources for the National Lottery Commission. A qualified accountant and compliance professional, she was responsible for the contracting arrangements at the country’s largest Training and Enterprise Council.  Joy is available for advisory, consultancy and/or interim engagements.
